Wherefore do I need an account?

We ask all our customers to declare all inevitable information which are needed during the process of ordering, just to simplify the sequences of your first and all the following orders on sk8shop.ch. After completing your registration you own a personal account with password protection at Mavericks GmbH, which can only be accessed by you and Mavericks GmbH. By using your account your able to handle all your orders and makes changes on your personal profile.

My address data

By default your initially stated address will be shown. Mavericks GmbH will us this one as the address of correspondence and therefore post all documents, etc. to this address.

As a matter of principle we assume that the address of correspondence is equal to the delivery address. Therefore we will send all orders to this stated address, if you do not add an additional delivery spot.
You are able to add further addresses to your account in case you want to state another delivery address than the address of correspondence (e.g. business address). You can do this by clicking on the green “plus” – add delivery address – and shortly they will be added. Please note, that all further addresses are solely additional delivery addresses and therefore all bills will furthermore be sent to your billing address.
If you decide to delete a current delivery address, you can do so by simply clicking on the red cross and the specific address will be deleted immediately.
All changes within your profile can be saved by using the button "save changes".
Please note the hint, that all orders sent per DHL should be addressable to an address reachable during daytime.
Special feature: if you are up to buy skates and snowboards online, you are offered the possibility to make antecedent configuration of which foot you do have in front while riding your board. With this, we are able to assemble your order to your individual needs.

Language?

sk8shop.ch has been designed in two languages, which is German and English. So, depending on your personal preferences you can decide in which language the website should be shown. Once you have decided which language to pick every time you login the whole website will be displayed in the language you have chosen to be standard.

Login data

This function is only for changing your personal password. When ever you are up to, you can change your password just by entering a new one. You can change it as often as you like.

Creditcards

For paying your bills by using credit card, in this part of your account you are able to add and remove your cards. For your order it is import that at least one card is active when you have the intention to pay your bills by credit card.
To add a credit card, click on the respective button – add creditcard. After that you chose your relevant card and enter all necessary information of it. If you have finished entering the data, add your credit card by clicking on the button "add card".
Once you have added a credit card, the card will always be shown as a possible method of payment. In case you have added more than one credit card, in this very moment you are able to switch and chose which card should be debited with the respective figure.
